We’re looking for volunteers to join our team!

The Polish Festival in San Jose thrives because of our incredible volunteers! We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable helpers to join our team for pre-event setup, festival weekend operations, and post-event tear-down. Whether you're guiding guests or lending a hand behind the scenes, you'll help create a welcoming, safe experience for our entire community. Everyone is welcome to apply - no Polish language skills required! It’s a fun, rewarding way to get involved, and shifts qualify for high school and community service hours.

Once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email confirming your details, requested date(s), and assignment options. As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive a food voucher at Volunteer HQ when you check in for each shift. Thanks for joining our team!

We’re looking for Vendors to join market place!

Got a unique product, craft, or service? We invite local businesses, artisans, and service providers - with special priority given to Polish and Polish - American businesses - to join our vibrant festival marketplace. With hundreds of visitors celebrating Polish culture, food, and music throughout Sunday afternoon, it’s the ideal opportunity to connect with an engaged community and grow your brand
