Dear Parishioners and Guests,
After a six-year break, it is a great joy to welcome you once again to our annual Polish Festival here at our Mission.
Our community is, above all, a place where we seek to grow and deepen our faith, practicing it in the language of our forefathers. That is why we gather each week for the Sunday Eucharist: in Polish on Saturdays at 5:30 PM and Sundays at 10:30 AM, and in English on Sundays at 9:00 AM. We also warmly invite you to join us every day for Holy Mass in English at 7:30 AM, followed by 15 minutes of Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
On Fridays, we adore Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament during the “Holy Hour” at 6:30 PM, followed by Holy Mass at 7:30 PM. On the First Friday of each month, we celebrate a special Mass offered for the healing of body and soul. Our Mission also treasures the prayerful commitment of our Rosary Rose Groups—four in Polish and one in English.
We are especially proud of the Polish Saturday School, which helps preserve and promote our heritage. Twice a month, children and youth attend morning classes in Polish language, history, and geography. In the afternoons, they participate in Polish Scouts or folk dance classes, learning traditional Polish dances and songs. All of these programs help pass on the richness of our culture to the next generation.
Catholic education is also at the heart of our Mission. We provide catechesis for children of all ages, preparing them for the sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Religious education is also available for adults, all offered in Polish.
As we gather for this Festival, I pray that the Lord may bless you with an abundance of His grace. May this time spent with family and friends strengthen our bonds, deepen our faith, help us to cherish our culture, and inspire us to return again next year.
